| Frances is now in her third term of office as Vice-Chairman
She has been active in the shul for over 30 years, having co-founded the Mother & Toddler Group not long after the shul opened and served as Chairman of both the Ladies Guild and Functions@Belmont. Frances and her husband Stephen founded the 5th Stanmore Scout Group in 1982 and she was Cub Scout Leader for 17 years; she is currently the Assistant Group Scout Leader. |
