David is primarily responsible for the shul debtors ensuring that everyone is upto date with their shul bill, he would encourage all members to pay by direct debit which staggers the payment for members and gives the shul certainty of income.

If anyone is struggling to pay their bill they should contact the shul office immediately and make an appointment where their cause will be heard with sympathy and in complete confidence.
