Fish
Generally speaking, all fresh, frozen and smoked kosher species of fish, either whole or filleted, are permitted provided some skin is attached. This is in order to identify the fish as kosher by the sight of scales which kosher fish must have. Any fish that has scales, has fins. All minced fish and products containing minced fish require rabbinical supervision.
